Do you proive tracking number?

No. Each order is shipped by Turkish Post (Unregistered, no tracking number).

Why unregistered shipping?

To have the lowest amount of shipping costs, we use the unregistered mail service which is offered by the Turkey Postal Service. With the unregistered economic postal service, we prepare each package which will not exceed 2 kilograms and then ship them.

* Orders weighing 10 kilograms are sent in 5 separate packages.
** Orders weighing 20 kilograms are sent in 10 separate packages.

Orders which are sent with the unregistered mail service can sometimes be lost. If the package is lost during shipping, you can entitle to demand for a refund or a new product.

If you want your orders to be sent with the registered mail service (the tracking number is reported within), you can report it to us via e-mail. You will be informed of the fees which you need to pay extra for registered mail.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be added to your order and displayed in Checkout Page. Shipping rates are not inclusive import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country. Please check your country’s custom rules and tax rates before making your order. During ‘Free Shipping’ your order will be shipped without a shipping fee.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Damaged Items

We do our best to deliver all items to you in perfect condition. We wrap them with soft and durable materials. But please check your order while receiving the package from cargo personnel. If there are any damaged items in your package, request to fill a form together with cargo personnel and inform us about the situation. We will inspect the delivery conditions and will refund you in case of damage during transportation.
